1.  Blue Lagoon Coconut Martini 

What you need 

• 30 ml vanilla vodka

• 30 ml coconut rum 

• 30 ml coconut milk

• 30 ml blue curacao

How to make 

• Fill a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice

• Add vanilla vodka, rum, coconut milk and blue curacao

• Shake and strain into glass

2. Blue Lagoon with Rum

What you need 

• 60 ml Bacardi Tangerine Rum

• 30 ml blue curacao 

• 150 ml pineapple juice

• Soda water

How to make 

• Combine rum, blue curacao and juice in a large glass over ice
